Those reports reach us and improve later readings. You can also request a refund of the used estimate that reduced the number of available estimates in your plan.

You can estimate from building parameters: room count, area and the scope of functions. The estimate is produced the same way, you just enter the data instead of reading it from a drawing. Projects configured by hand do not reduce your available estimate limit.

The engine balances input and output channels separately for lighting, shading, heating, audio, servers and other devices. When a channel runs short it adds the module, power supply or extension. The balance is visible in the estimate, so you can check it line by line.

Yes. Labour is split into two separate lines: device installation and function programming. Programming costs are set for each function. You also choose between pricing strategies: detailed, percentage and hardware-only, so the calculation matches your own way of estimating.

Adding a new manufacturer usually takes us about a week once we have the complete catalog data. Tell us what you need and we will say when we can realistically do it.

Yes. From one floor plan you generate parallel variants in different systems and show the client comparable proposals. It is usually the fastest way into a budget conversation.

Yes. You add your own manufacturers, part numbers and prices, then classify the product so the engine knows which channels it provides and consumes. From then on it enters estimates on equal terms with the built-in catalogs. Our AI-powered system supports you throughout this process.

Most people send the first proposal the same day, using the ready-made package templates. Tuning the catalog, margins and your own rules to how you actually work takes a few hours spread over the first days.

You do not start from an empty database. You get ready configuration templates for each system, with products picked and basic, extended and complete scopes prepared. Change what you want changed, the rest works right away.

We run the onboarding with you and walk through the first estimate on your own project. The panel has a tutorial and instructional videos, and we reply within 24h when you need us.

Yes. You invite team members, grant and revoke access, and estimates are shared across the company. The number of users depends on your plan.

Access to the platform, integrations with manufacturer catalogs, the calculator, the estimating engine, proposals with your company logo and colours, the self-service client portal and a monthly estimate allowance. The allowance and the number of users depend on your plan.

Nothing gets blocked. You buy more credits to run further estimates and carry on. Extra credits you purchase sit in a permanent pool that is not cleared when a new billing period begins.

Yes. You can run a test estimate without creating an account. After you sign up, you get 7 days free with no payment details required, and the limit of up to 10 estimates depends on the plan you pick at sign-up.

You pay monthly or annually, and annual billing gives you two months free. We issue a VAT invoice, and the prices listed are net.

There is no fixed-term contract. You cancel whenever you want and the subscription runs to the end of the paid period.

No. Every company works on its own dedicated database. Your purchase prices, discounts and markups are visible only to you and your team.

Data is processed under GDPR, on servers in the European Union. We do not share it with third parties and do not process this data.

Yes. The generated PDF proposals are yours, and client and estimate data can be exported.
