AWAREGROUP Sp. z o.o. ("Service Provider", "we", "us") is committed to ensuring that the doEstimate.com platform is accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement has been prepared in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services ("European Accessibility Act", "EAA"), its implementation in Polish law under the Act of 26 March 2024 on ensuring the accessibility of certain products and services (Dz.U. 2024 poz. 731), and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) on 5 October 2023.
This statement applies to the doEstimate.com website and all subpages operated by AWAREGROUP Sp. z o.o., accessible at https://doestimate.com.
2. Standards Applied
We target conformance with the following accessibility standards and legal requirements:
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — published by W3C on 5 October 2023, constituting the international technical reference standard for digital accessibility
European Standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 — the harmonised ICT accessibility standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act
Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) — applicable to private-sector digital services from 28 June 2025
Act of 26 March 2024 on ensuring the accessibility of certain products and services (Dz.U. 2024 poz. 731) — Polish transposition of the EAA
Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Dz.U. 2002 nr 144 poz. 1204, as amended) — general framework governing electronic service accessibility obligations
3. Conformance Status
The doEstimate.com platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard due to the exceptions and limitations described in Section 5 below.
A comprehensive internal accessibility audit was conducted in April 2026. Following that audit, we remediated all identified critical and serious accessibility barriers, including: form label associations, keyboard navigation, focus management, colour contrast (primary colour adjusted to a contrast ratio of approximately 5.7:1 on white backgrounds), heading hierarchy, ARIA landmark labelling, and skip navigation links. Ongoing accessibility testing is integrated into our development process.
4. Measures Taken to Support Accessibility
The following accessibility provisions have been implemented across the Platform:
Skip-to-content link: a keyboard-accessible link appears on first Tab keypress, allowing users to bypass repetitive navigation
Form accessibility: all form fields have programmatically associated visible or screen-reader-only labels, error messages are linked to their fields via aria-describedby and announced via role="alert"
Colour contrast: all foreground text and UI components meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text; 3:1 for large text and interactive UI components)
Keyboard operability: all interactive elements — including custom components such as phone number inputs, dropdown menus, tabbed interfaces, and checkboxes — are fully operable via keyboard
Focus indicators: visible focus outlines are present on all interactive elements
ARIA landmarks: all major page regions are labelled with appropriate ARIA landmark roles and accessible names
Heading hierarchy: all pages follow a logical heading structure from h1 through h3 without skipped levels
Error identification and suggestions: form validation errors identify the specific field in error and provide correction guidance in accordance with WCAG 3.3.1 and 3.3.3
Language declaration: the HTML lang attribute is set to the current interface language (pl or en)
Autocomplete: form fields collecting personal data carry appropriate autocomplete attribute values in accordance with WCAG 1.3.5
Responsive design: the Platform is functional at all viewport widths without horizontal scrolling
5. Known Limitations and Exceptions
The following content may not fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. We accept responsibility for the limitations within our control and are working to resolve them:
User-submitted PDF blueprints: PDF files uploaded by Users for processing are third-party content not generated or controlled by the Service Provider. The Service Provider bears no responsibility for the accessibility of user-submitted files. This exception is consistent with Article 13(2) of Directive (EU) 2019/882.
Third-party processing services: AI, cloud, and telecommunications services integrated into the Platform (including services provided by Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic) operate their own interfaces. The accessibility of those external interfaces is outside our direct control.
Complex interactive components: the phone number input component with integrated country selector may have partial screen reader support depending on the combination of assistive technology and browser used. An accessible alternative is available by contacting us directly.
Older assistive technology combinations: the Platform is optimised for current versions of browsers and screen readers. Compatibility with assistive technologies more than two major versions old is not guaranteed.
Dynamically generated PDF estimates: PDF documents generated by the Platform may not be fully tagged for accessibility. Users who require the estimate content in an alternative accessible format may request it by contacting us at contact@doestimate.com.
6. Assistive Technologies Tested
